How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local provider. Objectivebiology Tree Service makes the introduction, then steps back. The provider owns the estimate, the schedule and the work. That keeps the line short between you and the person who will look at your tree.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Start with an estimate request or a phone call. Then the steps are simple:

  • You describe the tree, the yard and any damage.
  • Your details go to a provider in the network who serves your area.
  • The provider contacts you to ask questions and set a visit.
  • You review a written estimate and decide.

Timing varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but storms and busy seasons can slow things down.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions save trouble later. Bring these:

  • What is the scope? Ask whether the price covers cutting, hauling the wood and cleanup.
  • Is stump grinding included? If not, ask what it costs separately.
  • Can you show proof of insurance? Ask before the work starts.
  • How will you protect the house? This matters most with older roofs and past repairs.
  • Have you checked for buried lines? Old water, gas and sewer lines can sit where roots spread.
  • What is the total in writing? Costs vary by job, so get a written quote.

Older Homes, Closer Look

If your house is decades old, say so. Aging shingles, patched framing and unmarked lines can change where a trunk can fall and where equipment can sit. A provider who knows this up front plans better.

You Are in Control

An estimate request is not a contract. You can compare, ask more questions, or say no. Estimate first, then decide. Nothing is required of you at the start.
